Return & Exchange Policy

1. Strict Non-Return Policy

At Dress Drop, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury wear. Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our apparel, we do strictly not accept standard returns or size exchanges under any normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions for Defective Items

The sole exception to our strict no-return policy is if you receive a damaged or fundamentally defective product from our warehouse. In this specific scenario, we will gladly facilitate a swift return or direct replacement.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Required

To claim a defect, you MUST record a continuous, unedited unboxing video while cutting open your sealed parcel for the very first time. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the sealed box being opened, and the defect on the garment itself without any cuts or pauses.

Note: If you are unable to provide a valid, single-take unboxing video, your claim for a return or refund will be automatically declined. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
